About this Role


We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join our Neptune Home marketing team based at our beautiful Wiltshire office.

Our Wiltshire home is where each of our designs are born.

Every team from marketing to finance and from our operations team to our bespoke carpenters and delivery drivers live here.


Neptune's marketing strategy uses an ever-increasing blend of digital and print, so we're looking for a holistic marketer to support across a variety of media channels, projects and launches.

An integral part of your role would be to support our Neptune business objectives through both managing and growing our Neptune Home social media accounts and influencer/partners.


Responsibilities include:

  • Develop content ideas to populate our organic social calendar, with the ability to create engaging reels from shoots and store events/visits
  • Community management of social media accounts responding to comments, DMs, reposting (we have 407k Instagram followers)
  • Write strong content briefs for our inhouse and external copy writers, stylists and designers. Occasionally attend photography and film shoots to ensure content captured fits the brief
  • Supporting in the delivery of our PR strategy. Responsibilities include managing comment requests from press, coordinating samples, monitoring coverage, developing press releases/packs and building agency relationships
  • Support in the delivery of our instore events program, including the creation of best practice handbooks to help store colleagues, ticking platforms and geotargeted supporting media to promote them
