    • Strong knowledge on lending business processes like Initiation,

    sourcing, Onboarding, origination, Underwriting, Disbursement, Servicing,

    Collections.

    • Understanding of Credit products and Bank lending practices.
    • Strong Experience, knowledge on Savings, Current Accounts (CASA),

    Overdraft and Deposits accounts

    • Strong knowledge on Savings end to end business processes like

    Initiation, sourcing, On-boarding, Funding, In Life and Post Life services

    • Understanding of various Savings and Deposits products and Bank

    practices.

    • Experience of working in Individual contributor role and

    collaborating with multiple stakeholders from Project Initiation,

    Requirement gathering, Design, Development, Test, UAT, Go Live stages as a

    Functional SME

    • Train team on Domain and testing expertise.
    • Strong in Project and People Management
    • Should have experience of managing projects for International

    Banking clients preferably UK banking clients

    • Extensive experience working in a client facing role-managing

    expectations of various stakeholders

    • Process/SOP/Procedure Documentation
    • Support Proposals/RFP/POC'

    Additional Abilities, Skills & Knowledge:

    • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, leadership & team

    building skills with proficiency at grasping new concepts quickly and

    utilizing the same in a productive manner.

    • Experienced in technology and process Transition management
    • Extensive experience working in a client facing role-managing

    expectations of various stakeholders

    • Excellent verbal and written communication
