This role is supporting one of our clients who are a Taxi Replacement Specialist, one of the leading taxi credit hire companies in the UK.
Hours:
Operational hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm
Location:
This role is based in our offices in Banbury town centre (OX16).
Basic Requirements:
- Right to work within the UK
- English speaking
- Credit report to be provided (we support with this)
- Basic DBS certificate to be provided (we support with this)
- Must be able to commute to our office daily
Experience and Skills Required
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
- Fluent in Urbu and/or Punjabi is desirable
Main Duties
- Manage and respond to customer queries, providing a first contact resolution where possible across a range of enquiries
- Take ownership of queries, escalating through the correct channels when required to ensure customer receives a timely response
- Create a record of interaction with the customer on the customer account, ensuring details are accurate and in line with company policy and procedures
- Identify improvements to processes and increase customer satisfaction
- Supporting customers who are experiencing difficulties with the replacement process
- Gathering supporting documentation required to successfully submit claims
- Demonstrate active listening skills
Salary:
£22,000.00 per year
