    V&C Associates are partnering with an independent womenswear brand well known for their glamorous products growing at a rapid rate. This exciting retail business is looking for a Digital MarketingManager to join their business managing PPC/Meta and Website SEO. This will be playing a pivotal role, working closely with the founder, in helping drive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels and platforms.

    This can be a 3/4 day a week opportunity for the right person with the relevant experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing (Klaviyo), display ads (Google & Meta), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC).
    • Building and maintaining a brand's presence across multiple social media channels.
    • Creating, executing and monitoring email marketing campaigns and bi-weekly promotions.
    • Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment.
    • Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns.
    • Using advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels.
    • Analyse and evaluate all campaigns securing an effective ROI, reporting on KPIs regularly.
    • Plan and manage B2C communication strategy, using effective copywriting and design across email platforms and social media channels.
    • Manage and grow customer databases.
    • Maintain constant focus on return on investment and spend on the web-site

    Skills & Experiences:

    • Relevant qualifications in marketing or other relevant fields.
    • Experience in a digital marketing or advertising role in the fashion, retail or beauty industry.
    • Extensive experience managing email campaigns using Klaviyo.
    • Working experience with website analytics, social media platforms and digital advertising best practices.
    • Comfortable with managing an advertising spend across all social channels and analysing the ROI across each spend.
    • Developing and executing promotional campaigns for the business
    • Manage A&B testing
    • Strong analytical thinking skills.
    • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
