    Senior Finance Analyst - Job Role

    • Collaborating with the Content Director, Programming leads, and team to conduct data analysis and reporting.
    • Providing programming information, including content and mix, for Venue Budgets, forecasts, and Long-Term planning.
    • Managing financial information and ensuring accurate venue costs for Producer deals.
    • Developing and maintaining rebate models, deal calculators, and other programming tools.
    • Contributing to profit growth by delivering financial insights through reporting.
    • Handling data provision and analysis for Sales forecasting and cost analysis.
    • Working with the Data Warehouse and TM1 teams to enhance data quality and automate reporting processes.
    • Collaborating with stakeholders to drive and enhance business performance.
    • Gathering and analyzing information for inclusion in the UK's internal and external reports.
    • Supporting London Finance Business partnering initiatives.
    • Assisting in maintaining forecast models in the TM1 forecasting system.
    • Contributing to continuous improvements in budgeting and forecasting models.
    • Conducting financial modeling, project reviews, and internal business cases, including capex and acquisitions.
    • Providing ad hoc support to the wider UK Commercial Finance team.

    Desirable qualifications and skills for this role include:

    • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualifications or equivalent, with study support available.
    • Advanced Excel and IT skills, especially in data analysis and modeling. Experience with TM1 is highly desirable.
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a process-driven approach.
    • Enthusiasm, positivity, openness to improvement, and strong communication skills.
    • Confidence in influencing senior stakeholders and a willingness to travel within the UK as needed.
