Our Company has grown significantly over the last few years and with our continued success we are planning on further expansion.
Due to this sustained growth we are looking for a passionate dynamic individual who is driven and would love to join our fast-pacedteam.
Our Roaming Production Managers are an integral part of the running of our Production Workshops. The successful individual will be required to travel to different sites to provide cover and support as and when required with the main purpose of;- Productivity of the workshop and ensuring the site completes the required units
- To be responsible for the overall cost of sale
- Ensuring the quality of repair of all vehicles is at the highest standard
- To deal with any complaints efficiently and ensure we contain them internally
- To ensure culture and ethos is consistently adhered to and understood
Responsibilities and Duties
- Productivity of workshop
- Maintaining level of quality, including Quality control
- Ensuring that all required documentation including check sheets are completed comprehensively
- Communication with Production Director on constraints to productivity and maintenance
- High levels of housekeeping maintained
- Statutory requirements fulfilled by operators (health and safety, COSHH etc.)
- Insurance company requirements are maintained
- Ensure nonproductive time kept to a minimum.
- Productivity targets achieved
Who we are looking for
- To have a minimum of 5 years experience in the Body repair of motor vehicles
- Motor manufacturer qualifications and experience.
- Able to travel to multiple sites when required
- Proactive and customer focused?
- Communication, interpersonal, team and working skills?
- Well organised with an ability to multitask?
- Ability to show ownership for workload?
- Excellent attention to detail?
- Time management skills and ability to work to deadlines?
- Upbeat and friendly personality?
- Technical skills, knowledge and experience of body and paint repair in the retail motor industry?
- Uptodate knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation and trade practices?
