Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Recruiter to join our team in Reading. Ideally this person will have at least 2 years' experience within construction/logistics recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies for various construction roles

Utilize various recruitment methods to attract and source candidates

Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications

Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and clients

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress

Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience as a construction recruiter or similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong knowledge of construction industry and recruitment practices

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software

Salary:

£35k plus car allowance and bonus.

4K - 15K = 20%
