    Digital & Social Media Manager

    Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing? We are seeking a talented Digital & Social Media Manager to join our client's dynamic and forward-thinking marketing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape their online presence, drive engagement, and contribute to the growth of their brand.

    (Hybrid working available: 1 day remote, 4 days in the office)

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement an integrated social media strategy to maximise reach, conversions, and engagement across all platforms.
    • Focus on lead generation through social media channels for a variety of legal services.
    • Create and maintain a structured social media calendar, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
    • Produce compelling content, including videos, podcasts, and written copy, to ensure consistency with brand identity.
    • Film timely videos or podcasts on legal topics and breaking news, liaising with internal legal teams for content approval.
    • Monitor and analyse the success of social media campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
    • Collaborate with Marketing Managers to create engaging social media campaigns for lead generation.
    • Implement a creative content calendar for specific departments within the firm.
    • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment of digital campaigns.

    Skills and Experience Required:

    • Proven experience of paid social media activity/campaigns (3 years' min).
    • Minimum of 4 years' proven social media marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C professional services environment.
    • Experience in delivering both organic and paid social media campaigns.
    • Proficiency in reporting on KPIs and ROI for social media campaigns.
    • Strong skills in content creation using various platforms, including Canva and video editing tools.
    • Experience executing influencer campaigns and managing influencer partnerships.
    • Proficient in using analytics tools to monitor and report on campaign success.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a corporate setting.
    • Adaptable and comfortable working with changing priorities and deadlines.
