To actively assist the Pricing, Range & BI Manager in the development of 'Activity Based Pricing Policies' ensuring the business strategy and objectives are met.


  • Forecasting, budgetting and analysis
  • Working on Excel (Pivot tables/VLookups)
  • Creation & maintenance of pricing tools designed to enable the accurate and efficient modelling of new Pricing Policies whilst determining the potential impact of pricing strategies on price development, positioning and profitability
  • Supporting the Pricing, Range and Business Intelligence Manager by creating and raising relevant requests for any deviations to the Pricing Strategy in line with Senior team requirements
  • Calculation, creation and maintenance of local List Price following the Pricing Strategy
  • Preparation and distribution of price related management information on a series of pricing KPI's
  • Propose, agree and implement relevant price actions following the corporate guidelines
  • Working with the Range Analyst to ensure all products are featured on upcoming price lists and communications.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication of all sales policies, price lists and price actions to both internal and external customers.
  • Intensive checks of all price documents upon creation and before communication to avoid any potential price queries
  • Working with the relevant internal departments to check that all conditions maintained correctly and reflect our pricing policies and as such resulting as few price queries as possible.
  • Review, analyse and advise corrective measures on any price queries should they arise.
  • Analysing data from a variety of sources to gain insights into competitor pricing and market trends whilst ensuring all relevant parties are made aware of the results in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide regular training to sales managers on latest compliance, guidelines and legislation
  • To evaluate and support implementation of innovative solutions to price communication and analysis.
  • Supporting the Pricing, Range and BI manager in preparation of required content for any upcoming international pricing meeting including competitive landscape and risks & opportunities.
