Management Accountant
Location - Bury
Salary - £48,000 - £55,000

Simpson Judge are working with a growing global manufacturing business with offices based in Bury, who have an opportunity for an ambitious Management Accountant, in a role with huge scope to develop.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will manage a team of 3, prepare management accounts, carry out a variety of analyses, and more

Main responsibilities include:

  • Full management of a team of 1 Assistant Accountant, 2 Accounts Assistants
  • Production of monthly board pack including P&L, BS and cash flow forecasting.
  • Production of commentary on departmental reporting and variance analysis
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Managing Fixed Asset and Fixed asset register

Experience/Skills required:

  • CIMA, ACCA or ACA Qualified Accountant
  • Strong previous management accounts experience
  • Management experience a bonus but not required
  • Handson, practical, willing to learn / develop
  • Strong communication skills
