They are seeking a dedicated and hard-working Clinical Deputy Manager to support one of the nursing home and manager (<25 bed) with clinical management decisions.

• Nurse Qualified with a valid NMC Pin
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care - desirable
• Recent and significant experience of working in a similar care setting.
• Experience of managing an effective team by supervising, mentoring and coaching
• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse
• Knowledge of conditions relevant to older people, Dementia, physical and sensory disabilities
• Ability to organise and make decisions both clinical and professional.
• Ability to effectively deal with crises/emergencies.
