About the role:


  • Actively contributing to process improvement both in terms of idea generation and execution.
  • Demonstrating a good use of IT software with an ability to quickly become a superuser in sufficient depth to be able to identify data integrity issues and the process to rectify these.
  • Demonstrating a consistently high level of client care to both internal and external clients.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data on all business systems in a timely manner.
  • Processing of new and existing life, pensions, protection and investment business.
  • Adhoc valuation and regular review processing.
  • Assisting with commission processing and tracking including bank reconciliations.
  • Provide support to senior management as required.

Key Skills
Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Articulate in all dealings with clients and stakeholders, verbally and within written communications
Ability to work independently and within a team
Be organised and able to prioritise work loads
