    We are working with a Main Contractor who specialise within the high end refurbishment market .

    Due to continued expansion within their South West England business they are looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager with experience in Grade II listed refurbishments as an all-round Senior Site Manager.


    The project in Central Bristol will consist of a full conversion of a Grade II listed building into high end apartments and also elements of new build within the grounds totalling over 300 units.


    The Role:


    Supervise all labour as necessary and coordinate the activities of trades and subcontractors involved with the site so that all operations are performed efficiently and in accordance with the construction programme and the quality and costs required.

    Manage the site and ensure adherence to all policies, procedures and standards using specified drawings and instructions, within budget and on programme.

    Ensure that all work is kept on programme and that all details as specified in the drawings and instructions are adhered to.

    Monitor and drive quality, safety and environmental systems and promote a safety culture in full support of our 'excellent delivery' values and ethos.

    Ensure full compliance with health and safety, quality and environmental legislation as well as compliant with the policies and procedures.


    Monitor the roles and responsibilities matrix for the project.

    Promote, encourage and manage effective teamwork and a good team environment.

    Coach and motivate the site teams and lead by example.


    Requirements:
    High level of service delivery in a customer centric environment.

    Asbestos Awareness

    CSCS card - Site Manager

    First aid

    Degree or professional qualification in a construction related subject, or equivalent experience

    Commercial awareness

    Good organisational ability.

    Ability to deal tactfully and professionally with colleagues.

    Attention to detail and accuracy.

    On offer is a basic salary of between £60,000 - £70,000 per annum plus package including £5,000 car allowance, pension, healthcare, 25 days annual leave and other benefits
