Senior UX Designer

Tasks:


  • Collaborating with the research team to plan and conduct remote and onsite user research and usability testing with real users to ensure the endproduct design provides users with the optimum experience in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and engagement
  • Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes and user flows using specialist tools such as Axure, InVision, Marvel, OmniGraffle, Visio and Sketch, as well as the Adobe product suite
  • Redesign or create mobile apps that are easy to use and configured appropriately for smartphones and tablets

Qualifications:


  • Computer Science/IT based degree required
  • Knowledge of designing onboarding flows (specifically, registration and login)
  • Product designer who is competent in both UX and UI
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt communication approach depending on the audience (e.g., senior management, software developers, product managers/owners)
  • Experience managing projects independently which should include not only the organisation and time management of a project, but also the ability to clearly communicate concepts and findings to stakeholders (including product and technology)
