Rocksure Recruitment is recruiting a General Operative on behalf of our client based on Fradley Park, Lichfield.

Working within their modern manufacturing facility your role will be to assist in the blending of supplements typically used within the farming of livestock.

Due to the nature of the business, attention to detail is crucial as the successful individual will be required to weigh out a range of ingredients to be used to produce the final product.

This is a temp2perm opportunity with a fantastic training scheme provided internally to ensure you develop and progress at a speed that suits you.

Hours of work are as follows:

Mon
Fri 07:30
16:30 42hrs paid per week

OT paid at x1.5 any hours worked after 42hrs/ x2 for hours worked on Sunday.

other benefits include a 33 days paid holiday per year/ sick pay/ and a range of discounts.
