- Effectively monitoring and interpreting financial results
- Measuring risks, opportunities and trends internally and externally
- Matters associated with the management and structure of Hyperion data
- Assist with analytical support for key strategic projects
- Deliver timely budget and forecast insight and analysis focused on end user requirements
- Develop strong collaborative working relationships with key contacts across the UK and global business.
- Extensive advanced experience in Excel
- Rigorous attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
- Self-motivated and able to multitask to manage tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and disciplines
- Knowledge of Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud would be an advantage
- Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) would be an advantage

We are looking for a Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst to join our Publishing Finance team.
With exciting plans to scale our digital business and brand new reporting tools to explore, this role will be key to improving our insights to the business, supporting strategic decisions and will have significant exposure to the key decision makers across the leading magazine publishing business in the UK. We are looking for a candidate with strong attention to detail and high inquisitiveness and autonomy. Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud would be a bonus.

The main objectives of this role are to support the Head of Finance and CFO in providing accurate, timely and insightful information and analysis to support reporting requirements and business decision making.
