- Location - All projects in the Berkshire area (hybrid - home/site split)
- Salary - 55k + 5k car allowance
- Working closely with the site Managers and Project Managers on all matters in relation to SHE.
- To provide specialist advice for all matters relating to the statutory requirement concerning SHE factors to Managers, employees and safety representatives.
- Supporting the compliance with the implementation and maintenance of procedures to meet the requirements of ISO14001 and ISO45001.
- Assisting with the assessment of training requirements and provision of training to site employees regarding SHE, including toolbox talks.
- NEBOSH and GradIOSH minimum
- Exposure of BS EN ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001
- Previous experience of working as a Principal Contractor.
- Experience of working under CDM environments.

Role Purpose:
The primary function of the role is to facilitate the day to day operations (HV electrical construction/maintenance projects up to 132kV) of SHE and contribute to the planning, implementing, monitoring and reviewing of protective and preventative safety measures through working with Managers, employees, site operatives and the safety representatives at site or planning for site operation.
