- Organize and manage R&D test equipment and facilities efficiently.
- Procure consumables, spare parts, and equipment essential for R&D activities.
- Uphold safety standards within workshops and laboratories, ensuring proper training and awareness among users.
- Conduct component research and order components for prototyping.
- Assemble prototypes through soldering, wiring, and other electronics skills.
- Collaborate with global factories for prototype manufacturing builds.
- Aid in fault finding and resolution across their product range.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electronic schematics and layouts.
- Hands-on experience in building prototype boards and diagnosing faults.
- Strong electronics workshop skills, including soldering and use of test equipment.
- Previous experience in technician roles supporting R&D and prototyping activities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive, analytical mindset with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
