    FACILITIES ADMINISTRATOR6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT - WITH POTENTIAL TO BECOME PERMANENTCITY OF LONDON£30,000 (PRO RATA)Our Client, a top UK Accountancy firm are looking for a Facilities Administrator to join their team on for 6 months on a contract basis, with the possibility of becoming a permanent role.

    They are looking for a candidate with strong facilities administration skills, to join the team at their amazing City office on a hybrid basis.

    The day to day duties of the facilities administrator include -Building relationships with suppliers and clientsDeal with daily facilities administration dutiesManage the upkeep and maintenance of the office facilitiesAssist with office move and space planning projectsEnsure office supplies are adequately stockedCoordinate meeting room bookingsSupport the facilities team in day-to-day operationsIf you have facilities experience and want to join a fantastic company with excellent offices, team events and a great hybrid working policy, then this could be the role for youPlease apply with your CV to Linkedin or alternatively please send your CV to
