    Resourcing4HR is delighted to represent one of our valued clients in their search for
    two HR Administrator's to join their Maidenhead based team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

    You will be part of a HR Shared Services team who oversee all HR and Payroll Administration activities. This position offers hybrid working flexibility, with three days required in the office.


    Key Responsibilities:

    HR Administration: Deliver effective and efficient HR administrative services, ensuring adherence to approval processes and consideration of HR and payroll implications.


    • Off-boarding Management: Oversee the off-boarding process, ensuring accurate issuance of documentation and updating of leaver details HR and payroll systems.

    Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring proper enrollment and documentation within HR Evolution.

    Payroll Liaison: Coordinate with payroll provider to resolve any payroll-related queries, including tax, national insurance, pensions, and other company benefits.

    Employee Support: primary contact for managers and employees, addressing various queries and employee relations issues via phone and email, and escalate complex issues to the HR Advisors when necessary

    Skills and Experience:

    • Minimum One Year of HR experience, ideally CIPD level 3 qualified.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • High level of accuracy in data entry and keyboard skills.
    • Experience working with an outsourced payroll provider.
    • Familiarity with HR systems.
