two HR Administrator's to join their Maidenhead based team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration: Deliver effective and efficient HR administrative services, ensuring adherence to approval processes and consideration of HR and payroll implications.
Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring proper enrollment and documentation within HR Evolution.
Payroll Liaison: Coordinate with payroll provider to resolve any payroll-related queries, including tax, national insurance, pensions, and other company benefits.
Employee Support: primary contact for managers and employees, addressing various queries and employee relations issues via phone and email, and escalate complex issues to the HR Advisors when necessary
