Our client is entering an exciting period of growth - strong market conditions, new contract wins and recent increased investment - and is now in a position to recruit a Head of Finance.

Their current turnover is around £20m and this role comes with a numberof opportunities:

Working closely with the board/management team to control costs, ensuring that profits are maximized
Developing the finance function to ensure that the processes and procedures are as efficient as possible to support continued growth
Working with the senior leadership team to develop KPI's and management information to enable better understanding of cost drivers and commercial opportunities
Potential for promotion to Finance Director within short to medium term

Experience within food/FMCG would be highly desirable and in line with aplanned ERP system implementation, knowledge of such a system would be beneficial.
