    Job Title: Head of Sales

    Salary: Upto £40,000 + bonus + benefits

    Forsyth Barnes are delighted to be representing one of most forward thinking clubs in the EFL who are currently seeking a Head of Sales.

    As the Head of Sales you will play a pivotal role in steering the sales strategy and driving new business opportunities across all aspects of the club. This role is reporting directly into the CEO.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets, aligning with the clubs growth objectives.
    • Expand customer base by identifying new business opportunities and exploring untapped markets within the local and national regions.
    • Regularly report on sales performance, providing data-driven decisions into the CEO.
    • Foster collaboration with internal and wider teams for pricing strategies, business case development and contract negotiations.

    Required Skills:

    • Experience within a sales role in Sport, preferably football.
    • 3+ years of experience in a business development/sales role.
    • Results driven with a history of using data-driven decisions to excel.
    • Strong capabilities to present both virtually and in-person.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
