    What is our Oakthorpe Dairy like?


    Our Oakthorpe Dairy in Palmers Green is part of our Southern milk supply campus, producing branded and own label fresh milk and cream.

    We are currently seeking an experienced and talented individual to join our Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (QEHS) team as a key member.

    As a QEHS Specialist, you will report directly to the QEHS Manager and play a vital role in driving the site's quality agenda, implementing new processes, and influencing positive change.

    Conduct GAP analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop effective strategies.


    • Apply Arla Food's Food Safety and Quality management systems on site, ensuring compliance with internal and external audits.
    • Lead QEHS improvement projects, utilizing continuous improvement and Lean techniques.
    • Foster a quality culture on site, promoting adherence to standards, policies, and customer requirements.
    • Maintain, monitor, and report on all quality data for the site, ensuring effective communication with the wider team.
    • Ensure compliance with Arla Foods' standards, policies, and relevant legislation.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role within the FMCG industry.
    • Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of establishing genuine and productive connections.
    • Ideally, a degree in a food-related discipline.
