- Close to 5+ years experience in Data Quality
- Experience developing data quality solutions in a previous role
- Expertise in data, ideally within the financial services or insurance industry
- If you've managed people in the past then great, but this isn't a must
- Hands on experience with resource management and issue/risk management is a plus
- Strong understanding of business intelligence best practices and practical application
- Experience with IBM Information Server and Informatica Data Quality is highly desirable but again not a must
- You're comfortable with Microsoft Project, SQL, and Python ideally
- Experience in cloud environments is also plus

Hawksworth are now searching for a Data Quality Lead to join a large global insurance company that is investing heavily in its Data and Analytics capabilities.
As a result they're looking for someone that can embed data quality practices into every business process and highlight the importance and value of data quality in all major data projects and programmes. The role itself will be responsible for setting the data quality management principles, policies, standards and requirements that drive the Data & Analytics team objectives across the Commercial line of business.
Flexible Working: The role is 80% work from home, so only 1 day per week in the office in Guildford, UK.
