Office Angels Hull are proudly working with an established engineering business with a global reach to recruit a Sales Administrator.
Working directly with the Sales Director this role is an exciting and rare opportunity to join a friendly and dynamic team.
The role:
- Actively identify business leads and develop a strong pipeline
- Provide general admin support to Sales Director and assist other sales department colleagues where necessary
- Assist with tender processes
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing customers
- Use Sage 50 and CRM system to process orders, quotations and track communications
- Assist with website maintenance
- Be ever looking for more streamlined processes
- Weekly reporting and forecast updates ensuring new business enquiries are logged
To be successful as Sales Administrator, you will:

- A background within a technical role is preferred
- Have excellent organisation skills
- Astute attention to detail
- Be a strong team player
In return, you will be entitled to:
- An annual salary of £23,000
- Working hours of Monday to Thursday 08:0016:30 and Friday 08:0013:30
- Free onsite parking
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Christmas shutdown
