Office Angels Hull are proudly working with an established engineering business with a global reach to recruit a Sales Administrator.

Working directly with the Sales Director this role is an exciting and rare opportunity to join a friendly and dynamic team.


The role:


  • Actively identify business leads and develop a strong pipeline
  • Provide general admin support to Sales Director and assist other sales department colleagues where necessary
  • Assist with tender processes
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing customers
  • Use Sage 50 and CRM system to process orders, quotations and track communications
  • Assist with website maintenance
  • Be ever looking for more streamlined processes
  • Weekly reporting and forecast updates ensuring new business enquiries are logged

To be successful as Sales Administrator, you will:

  • Willing to go the extra mile and assist where necessary
  • Have a strong desire to succeed and grow
  • A background within a technical role is preferred
  • Have excellent organisation skills
  • Astute attention to detail
  • Be a strong team player

In return, you will be entitled to:

  • An annual salary of £23,000
  • Working hours of Monday to Thursday 08:0016:30 and Friday 08:0013:30
  • Free onsite parking
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Christmas shutdown
