Contract type: 2-year fixed term
Salary:
Grade 4, starting salary £26,480 - £29,699. Please note appointments for this role will generally be made at the lower end of the salary band.
Location:
Liverpool
Working arrangements: 35 hours per week (full time), Monday to Friday. Working pattern to be agreed with manager. Hybrid working, with a minimum of 6 days per month in the office.
About the role
The Royal College of Physicians is recruiting a
digital administrator to work as part of a small dynamic team responsible for organising and delivering key aspects of projects and workstreams within the Care Quality Improvement Directorate (CQID).
Purpose and scope
Key responsibilities
- Efficient administration of group inboxes ensuring the relevant people are informed and responses are escalated when required, prioritised and timely.
- Management of CRM.
- Work with the communications team to develop social media and news bulletin plans to increase brand awareness and encourage engagement in support of the overall communications strategy.
- Develop mutually beneficial relationships with colleagues to align improvement team activities with wider college work streams.
- Support the upload of various content items such as video, blogs, articles ensuring that navigation and functionality provide the best possible user experience.
- Review video content to enable correct editing.
- Captioning of edited videos.
About you
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to establish relationships and communicate effectively with people from a wide variety of backgrounds.
- Knowledge of updating and amending digital platforms via content management system.
- Experience of using different media, including social media platforms and digital marketing to communicate creatively with a wide range of audiences and to build and maintain engagement.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
