Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our team.

Reporting directly to the Head of HR, this is an extremely varied role that will impact all points of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employer branding, employee engagement, and so much more.

This is a dual role which will offer HR support to both Investoo and Blockovate employees, which is another start-up business within the network.

Responsibilities
***:

  • Coordination and delivery of a great onboarding experience for all new joiners from offer accepted through to probation review
  • Endtoend ownership of our recruitment process including managing all roles on Workable (ATS), conducting screening calls, and making job offers
  • Management of all HR administration including offer letters and contracts, salary increase letters, references, etc.
  • Coordination of employee engagement initiatives such as team socials, events and employee anniversaries
  • Maintain HR databases and employee records on BreatheHR (HRIS)
  • Support on adhoc projects across the business as and when required

Requirements:


  • Experience working in a HR or recruitment role, ideally in a fastpaced startup or agency environment
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Passionate about promoting a positive and inclusive company culture where everyone feels they belong
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise a heavy and varied workload
  • Proficient in using an ATS (Workable), HRIS (BreatheHR) and other tools such as Slack, Trello, Google Sheets, etc.
