You must be comfortable talking to people, you will need to have an excellent listening skills and a good eye for detail - you'll be picking up on things that are both said and un-said and working to find your customers their dream home.

To do this, youwill need not only need excellent communication skills, but organisational skills, IT skills and empathy too. You need to understand what your customer wants to be able to deliver this. You'll also be part of a small but incredibly successful close team, supportedby your colleagues to achieve phenomenal results.


You must be able to drive, ideally with your own car too, you will also need availability to work Saturdays on a rota basis too.
