- Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Strategic Planning: Assisting the C-Suite in developing and executing strategic initiatives by providing insightful analysis and recommendations, and identify opportunities for growth, expansion and innovation.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision making and resource allocation. Participate in the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to help set business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, share insights, and drive alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Risk Management: Assess business risks and vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Executive Support: Provide ad-hoc support to the CEO on special projects, presentations, and strategic initiatives as needed.
- Experienced people leader with proven track record of driving high engagement in a complex technical environment.
- Experience of writing or contributing to Board level reporting.
- Experience working for a Private Equity Portfolio (ideally prior to exit).
- Excellent understanding of Excel and Power BI.

Finatal are currently partnered with a leading Mid-Market Private Equity backed business in the Healthcare space, which has grown by x5 during its PE-Cycle. They are now looking for their first data-hire – a Head of Analytics to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO/CFO/COO to support the business through it's PE exit this year.
