Estate Agent Sales Property ConsultantWalmley OfficeAn exciting opportunity exists for a target-focused Property Consultant/Sales negotiator at our client's busy Walmley office.

Package includes competitive salary, bonus incentives and banked sales commission. Typical earnings £35,000 pa including commissions.

Green & Company are a forward-looking independent firm of Estate Agents having six local Sales Offices and have been trading for over 30 years in and around the Sutton Coldfield area.

They have an enviable reputation within the property market and deliver outstanding customer service.

They are recruiting an experienced Estate Agent Property Consultant who is motivated and hard working, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service.

You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch's Mortgage Advisor.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Property Consultant:

• An experienced Estate Agent Property Consultant within Sutton Coldfield area
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented.
• An excellent command of spoken and written English language skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
• A Full UK driving licence holder and car owner.
