    Description

    Storio group is looking for an energetic and team-oriented Rewards Specialist to collaborate with business and HR leaders, providing expertise and guidance on Rewards policies and programs.

    As Total Rewards Specialist you will work on a variety of global Rewards cycle activities and Rewards-related projects as required, with an aim to elevate and expand the service offered by the Global Rewards Team.

    You will play a critical role in the successful design, communication, compliance and administration of the Total Rewards programs, helping to drive the global Total Rewards strategy and roadmap.

    Provide specialist expertise and consulting on Rewards policies and programs across our European offices

    Manage and/or lead large Rewards projects, policies and processes to achieve both short and long term business objectives with limited supervision.

    Coordinate the implementation of Rewards program enhancements as well as annual Rewards processes such as annual pay review, benefits renewals, market data survey submission etc.

    Analyze market data to assess the company's competitive position and perform job evaluations. Coordinate annual Rewards processes such as annual pay review, Benefits renewals, Benchmarking data survey submission etc. Manage vendor relationships and performance including Benefits providers, brokers, etc.
    Aligning Rewards policies and programs with business objectives across European offices, ensuring strategic consistency.
    Develop and oversee projects to enhance Rewards offering, improving employee satisfaction and retention.
    Manage Compliance with international regulations and standards for Rewards topics, mitigating legal risks.
    Analyze Total Rewards, ensuring competitive compensation packages.
    A recognized subject matter expert in Compensation and benefits with experience preferably in a global, matrixed company.
    ~ Strong analytical skills to compile data, review it, assess it for trends and summarize it for presentations.

    Bachelor's degree in human resources, Finance or related field (or equivalent experience) would be advantageous but not essential.
