Description
Paying £45-60K(DOE)on a FTC or Daily rate basis, with hybrid and flexible working, an excellent pension and holidays, this North West-based Housing Association is recruiting for a Finance Manager to support their business operations.
The Job
The Finance Managers' key focus is on delivering timely and accurate monthly management information to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Key accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across the Group
- Oversee the production of accurate and timely MI to stakeholders
- Create, develop, and improve existing MI
- Business Partner nonfinancial managers to enable better budgetary control, and the KPIs understanding
- Lead and oversee the delivery of effective Business Partnering within the team to support various areas of the business
- Budget setting, monitoring, and reporting
- Developing and improving existing operational finance systems and processes
- Ensuring adequate financial controls are in place and continually reviewed and improved
The Person
- You will ideally be an experienced accountant with current or previous Social Housing experience
- You will have experience in budget setting and monitoring, and have a business partner approach to stakeholders
- Strong excel skills and a working knowledge of integrated accounting systems
