    About the role

Hammersmith and Fulham Council are delivering a significant programme of transformation. The Resident Experience and Access Programme (REAP) is the Council's biggest digital transformation programme it has ever undertaken and will transform the way residents interact with the Council as well as building on the Council's commitment to being Ruthlessly Financially Efficient and doing things with Residents, not to them.

REAP will centralise customer contact and maximise our use of technology to ensure all our services are fully accessible via digital channels and to introduce efficient processes that enable the standardisation of the resident's journey to ensure greater efficiencies and financial savings. We are aiming for our digital channel to be our resident's channel of choice and as such it is important that we manage this channel effectively to ensure it meets residents' needs.

The REAP Systems Analyst will be a member of the REAP Support Team. This team will initially take responsibility for the implementation of the programme and be responsible for working with our service areas to implement the new ways of working across all services over three phases. This will involve reviewing business processes to drive service improvement, implementation of modern technology including the creation of electronic forms and associated workflow processes, significant data analysis and the introduction of new working practices. We're looking for someone who always acts in the best interests of the end user and is focused on creating services that are based on resident's needs.

    Their responsibilities will include:

  • design and development of electronic forms and the associated workflow processes.
  • working collaboratively with service areas and colleagues in digital to maximise opportunities for integration with back-office systems and automation.
  • administration of the telephony system, CRM Lite, Customer Account and forms package.
  • Our mission is to be the best council. To do this we need the best people to help build our vision. If you're looking to develop your career in a fast-paced, professional environment whilst making a difference, then we look forward to hearing from you.
