We are partnering a Berkshire based organisation that have a requirement for a technically strong Finance Manager to lead one of their existing teams.

This is a varied and interesting role and offers an opportunity to work as part of a team and liaise witha range of stakeholders and the wider finance function.


Responsibilities of the Manager - Finance will include:

  • Managing a team and delivering all aspects of accounting services
  • Provision of technical accounting expertise
  • Responsible for planning and team productivity
  • Mentoring and developing the team
  • A range of other duties
Key competencies of the Manager - Finance will include:

  • Strong systems skills
  • Strong people and team management skills
  • Good knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
