- Supervising and coordinating all facility maintenance for efficient factory operations, including the vehicle fleet.
- Establishing and overseeing a preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime and prolong equipment lifespan.
- Working with the FM company to ensure prompt and efficient responses to maintenance issues, meeting performance and safety standards with minimal disruption to operations.
- Implementing and monitoring security measures, such as access control and surveillance systems.
- Responding to and investigating security incidents, liaising with security personnel and law enforcement when needed.
- Collaborating with reception staff for effective visitor management, mail distribution, and inquiries handling.
- Developing and controlling the facilities budget, including cost forecasting and management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Dynamism and effective leadership, motivating and empowering team members
- Previous experience in technical environments, especially in growing medium-sized companies
- Excellent communication abilities to address issues at all organizational levels
- Attention to detail and a focus on delivering top-notch service
