    WHAT YOUDO

    • Work with one of the worldslargest automotive brands predominantly for their Lifestyle(fashion and merch) division.
    • Develop andimplement effective social media creative with the overallmarketing goals of the brands global social mediachannels.
    • You craft compelling content whilemaintaining brand uniformity and messagingtone.
    • Work within a team building content plansand proposals delivering alwayson content for the brands officialglobal social media channels.
    • You collaboratewith the design team to create captivating visuals and videos thatresonate with the audience.
    • Leverage andoptimise existing content to make effective social posts andmaximise their potential based on your socialexpertise.
    • You employ current trends to expandthe organic reach of content and keep the brand relevant in thesocial sphere.
    • You understand the socialcommunity and their needs and translating that into creative ideasand executions.
    • Keep uptodate on emergingtrends and changes in social media with an active interest in thefield.
    • Confidently lead the client through bothyour own and others ideas and knowing how to sell in greatcreative.
    • You stay updated on emerging trendsand changes in social media demonstrating a keen interest in thefield.
    • You support productions withpreproduction organisation and concepting onsite team briefings andoversight and postproduction editor briefings andoversight.

    WHO YOUARE

    • You have a demonstratedprofessional background in social media content creation oradvertising with at least 3 years of experience in thefield.
    • A solid understanding of and keeninterest in social media algorithms and analytics trends and bestpractice for global brands and how to interpret and translate datainto effective socialfirstimplementations.
    • Experience in running socialmarketing for fashion and/or ecommerce brands (especially withsocial shopping integrated) is hugely advantageous for thisrole.
    • Experience in generating social ideas forbrands (automotive experience is a plus).
    • Youexhibit excellent written spoken and copywriting skills in English(proficiency in German is beneficial but notmandatory).
    • Ability to work both independentlyand collaboratively in a team environment and help brief otherteams on concepts.
    • Robust organisationalcapabilities and exceptional attention to detail of theirwork.
    • A generally confident demeanour invirtual and real spaces when presenting and debating in front ofteams and senior management.
    • Proficient atoperating under pressure and achieving timesensitive objectives ina fastpaced environment.
    • Strong understandingof who your audience is and tailor messages to meet itsneeds.
    • You are positive and proactive with adrive to deliver bestinclass social media content and channelmanagement.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suiteor Canva are highly beneficial but notmandatory.
    • Available for international travelas and when needed to fulfil your role.
    • Youhave a genuine personal interest in fashion/retail and automotivewhether as a driver or a passenger and possessing a drivers licenseis a plus.
