About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established industrial business, with a sizeable team.

Due to an exciting new projecting they are seeking a Trainee Finance Business Partner to grow with them and progress within the company They are known for their commitment to quality and have a reputation for delivering exceptional service in their industry.

The key responsibilities of the Trainee Finance Business Partner will be to:

  • Assist in Project Forecasting which will lead into the overall company's business or strategic planning requirements
  • Support in overseeing financial operations across various projects in the company.
  • Aid in offering financial insights to assist in business decisionmaking.
  • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
  • Assisting in the creation and presentation of financial reports to senior management.
  • Assist in budget preparation and management activities.
  • Develop strategies to optimise financial performance and profitability.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Adhere to financial regulations and legislation.

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Trainee Business Partner should have:

  • A strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles.
  • Ability to develop and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and databases.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • A track record of successful financial management.
  • A relevant degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
