    Are you looking to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a Buyer Account Executive to join our lively and dynamic team, bringing a pro-active customer-centric approach to managing our existing relationships with our customers (buyers). As the main point of contact for a portfolio of our buyer accounts, you will be responsible for customer satisfaction and retention of our buyer base by delivering Achilles' value proposition, benefits and opening up opportunities.

    This role is based in our Abingdon offices, on a hybrid basis.

    You will work closely with the Strategic Account Manager(s) for the assigned sector(s) to identify and grow the revenue within the account base. Through your activities you will also manage run rate suppliers and escalations enabling the supplier teams to achieve their revenue targets.

    You will be responsible for generating revenue growth to achieve sales objectives, maximizing customer retention, and delivering outstanding sales and service experiences. Through your skills and expertise, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our goals of unparalleled customer satisfaction, revenue optimisation, and successful business growth.

    Knowledge and experience of structured selling and MS Office applications is required, and experience of inside sales account management or territory management experience is helpful.

    Core Responsibilities include:

    · Ensure sales and retention rate objectives are met by building rapport with customers, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions using Achilles' network/package solution within MyAchilles.

    · Proactively review customers' accounts, to advise how the customer can achieve more value from their subscription and promote usage within buyer organisations through reporting & insights.

    · Manage the annual subscription renewal process for designated accounts.

    · Generate buyer-led campaigns for Inside Sales Executives and manage run rate / under 10 supplier campaigns.

    · Maintain optimum customer experience & satisfaction. Manage supplier escalations on behalf of the buyer.

    · Recommend additional products and services that can add value to the customer.

    · Manage the annual subscription renewal process, maximising retention rates.

    · Using research methods and team collaboration to develop relationships with your customer base, making outgoing calls and responding to incoming queries in a timely fashion, and undertaking onsite visits as required.

    · Maintain data quality through our CRM system (MS Dynamics) with customer information, contact log, pipeline stage and notes, and creating customer profiles using questioning to identify customer needs, business cycles, growth plans and product offerings.
