Senior Technician / Technologist with job running experience and good contraction knowledge for our Cardiff office

HLN is an award winning multi-disciplinary practice incorporating an innovative and experienced team of chartered Architects and Engineers. We are currently seeking motivated and ambitious staff for our offices in Cardiff and Kidderminster.

You will join our established team, delivering projects in AutoCad and Revit / BIM across a range of sectors.

SENIOR TECHNICIAN – CARDIFF

The applicant will demonstrate a proven track record of delivering projects from stage 3 to completion .

You will join our established technical team, producing design and technical information using Revit and BIM, with the ability to deliver projects to BIM Level 2. You will be able to lead projects including client and contractor engagement.

The successful candidate should be able to:

• Lead projects on behalf of HLN including liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Manage a small team as well as being able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Produce and coordinate drawings and documentation using Autodesk Revit (ideally to BIM level 2).
• Monitor quality and coordination of drawing information ensuring project delivery in line with programme.
• Provide leadership to Technicians that form part of the team.
• Input to bid submissions where required.
