Job DescriptionYour responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a team of commercial conveyancers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment

Caseload Management:
Oversee the commercial conveyancing team's caseload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of transactions

Quality Assurance:
Maintain high standards of quality in all conveyancing transactions, adhering to legal regulations and best practices

Training and Development:
Identify training needs within the team and implement ongoing professional development initiatives

Performance Management:
Assist the team in meeting individual and team KPI's and targets.

The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have the following attributes:
Excellent English and Chinese language skills both oral and written.
Be admitted to the SRA as a qualified Solicitor or be a qualified Conveyancer.
A high level of understanding on handling commercial conveyancing matters.
A demonstrated track record of successful team leadership.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver targets.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
