    Day to day duties

  • First point of contact for clients and employees both visiting and calling the office
  • Responsible for both incoming post distribution and outgoing post including franking and liaising with couriers
  • Preparing letters, reports and presentations to the required standard
  • Monitoring the shared admin email inbox and responding to any quarter
  • Visibility of staff diaries, in order to make appointments and prepare and distribute staff status and movements to the team
  • Undertake other duties such as maintaining stationery and general supplies orders, maintaining meeting rooms and wider ad hoc duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office
  • What are we looking for?

  • Either worked in a similar role, or who can demonstrate the professional approach and organised style required
  • Microsoft Office skills are a must
