    We are looking to hire a Project Coordinator II to join our dynamic Consulting team to help us with our continually expanding operations. This will be a hybrid position as directed by your manager.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead project teams; drive the successful delivery of high-quality projects and internal ZE initiatives (on-time, within budget, scope, to client/sponsor satisfaction).
    • Drive strategic direction of projects/initiatives based on expertise in ZE's product and service offerings, and knowledge of client/industry needs.
    • Collaborate with clients, Sponsors, and resource managers to resolve any resource planning conflicts, clarify priorities, setting client/stakeholder expectations only after confirming availability of resources and making compromises that are good for all
    • Oversee the development/standardization of key project artifacts as appropriate for project sizes/scopes/types, through all project phases:
      • Scoping documents, requirements summaries; estimates of effort/time/costs
      • Project plans that concisely depict high level project timelines, milestones, and key responsibilities across all project stakeholders
      • Draft SOWs and change requests
      • Progress trackers to effectively communicate project statuses, and plans for executing remaining work
      • Provide timely and accurate project reporting to key stakeholders
      • Comprehensive project sign-off documentation and project close-out summaries for reference both internal ZE teams and for external client reference
      • Communications to relevant stakeholders that concisely and accurately convey ZE's positions on all project statuses and open issues
    • Plan and lead discussions both amongst internal project teams and with clients.
    • Help strengthen the interactions between departments
    • Oversee continual development/evolution of project management framework and processes in place within ZE, driven by best practice project management methodologies, tailored to ZE-specific needs, in collaboration with other Project Coordinators, PMs, sponsors, project teams at ZE.
    • Provide guidance/mentorship to Project Coordinators within Consulting team and other teams within Business Solutions.

    Qualifications

    • Experience coordinating enterprise software implementation projects
    • Knowledge of both agile and waterfall project delivery framework
    • Advanced knowledge of SQL and MS Excel
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Ability to quickly understand complex software processes
    • Experience with REST API, OData, JIRA, Power BI/Power Query
