    The Lab manager reporting to the Site Head of Paris is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

    The Lab manager will carry out a wide range of operations activities and executive support for the Paris site.

    General laboratory management, including administration of reagent databases and experimental databases, instrument maintenance and, space organization of the of laboratory and the office.

    Technical support for the R&D project ( Cellular & Molecular biology).
    Work with the procurement team to ensure that procurement needs of the French team are fulfilled.
    Interface between engineers and users (building maintenance, scientific instrument maintenance) and European finance and other support teams.
    Train new group members in using the lab's equipment, spaces, databases, software resources etc. as well as in technologies/techniques commonly used in the lab ( Western Blot, ELISA, qPCR, protein/DNA/RNA extraction ).
    Organize all the shipments of the lab as well as office operations and supplies.
    Support with and organize company social activities and events.
    Manage ad-hoc inquiries and coordinate travel arrangements.
    Bachelor's degree in biology required; Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    Must be Bilingual in French and English.
