July 2024 Trainee Residential Surveyor Programme

Do you have that certain something needed to join our team?


To be considered for the trainee programme, you will need to be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong base knowledge of Residential Building Pathology.


The criteria is**:

  • A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification, plus a minimum of oneyear industry relevant work experience.
  • A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC or foundation degree, plus a minimum of two years of industry relevant work experience.
  • 4+ years of industry relevant experience.
