Overview:


  • An amazing opportunity to join our superboutique hotel The Londoner as a Reception Lobby Host.
  • As a Lobby Host you will be responsible for meeting and greeting our guests, including check in and check out procedures and dealing with guest enquires.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards and exceeding guest expectations.

About You:


  • Previous hotel reception experience is required ideally within a 4 or 5star hotel operation.
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
