Build the best technologyin-house , using new data sources, machine learning and AI to make machines do the heavy liftingYou will be working alongside one other PM to shape the product roadmap, own the product delivery and work hand in hand with various departments to prioritise projects according to their maximum impact.

Launching the app Direct-to-consumer (D2C) to access more customers and build brand awarenessIncreasing our product offering within the app, to span across all our current products as well as testing new additional product propositions that provide value to customers.
Building an engagement engine in the app, to drive millions of customers logging into our app monthly.It will be your job to cover all aspects of D2C app product management , and you will be given the freedom to define new features and manage projects end to end, including:
Inform our testing strategy and build new features for the app, taking into account any necessary improvements to our infrastructure to ensure our principles of resilience and excellence are maintained on the platform
2+ years of work experience in product and/or
2+ years in banking, consulting or other fast-paced environments
Defining the product strategy , shipping features, and bug fixes across the app
Analysing quantitative and qualitative data to inform both strategic investments and prioritisation of the product backlog
Closely partnering with software engineers to define what is the best way to implement a feature or answer a business query
Testing, measuring and optimising the impact of new releases and experiments
Ensuring our customers' needs are always at the heart of what we're building
Influence the long-term strategy for our UK app, working alongside our GPM and the Leadership Team
Running standups and weekly planning sessions with the engineering team
Identifying bottlenecks early and can work out the dependencies that may block the product development well ahead of time
Analysis:
you have experience with numerical analysis - at least excel, ideally some coding too. We will teach you the tools (SQL), but you need to feel very comfortable with numbers. You have used data to drive real-world actions
Communication:
you can communicate clearly and succinctly, orally and in writing; Collaboration: you have established close relationships with key stakeholders across core product teams, growth, engineering, data science, compliance, customer service and the operations leadership, allowing you to quickly assemble cross-functional teams for product delivery
Working at speed:
you make things happen and take responsibility for implementation and design decisions
Process management:
a solid understanding of the software development life cycle and how the product can support each stage
not just Agile (Scrum or Kanban would be nice) but adaptability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving and constantly evolving high-growth environment
