    £70,000 – £75,000Working model:

    Majority Home Worker Contract: 12 Month FTCAllen Lane are working with a Regulator to appoint a Change Manager on a 12 month FTC.You will provide the organisation with specialist change management expertise and to draw up and deliver a change management plan to ensure that people are engaged with and equipped to deliver the benefits of the reform programme and can adapt easily to new processes, systems and ways of working.


    Change Planning:
    Recommend and apply one or more structured change models or methodologies for successful management of the Reform programme and associated projectsDraw up a change management plan for the Reform Programme that is closely aligned with the overall Programme planDevelop an in depth understanding of relevant areas of the organisation to inform effective change support and interventions

    Change Support:

    Equip leaders with the tools, skills, and competencies to become visible change leaders in their areas of responsibilityProvide coaching and support for leaders to manage the human impacts of change in their areas including helping their people to: 1.understand the need for change 2.

    adopt and adapt to new processesIdentify where and how change may be resisted and develop and deliver interventions to manage and overcome resistanceEmbedding changeDefine measures of success for change management interventionsMonitor the progress of change and the impact on peopleEvaluate the success of change management initiatives using pre defined measuresMeasures of success:

    The change management plan is aligned with Reform programme plansChange management interventions facilitate the delivery of programme resultsChange is well managed and enables people to achieve the required outcomes of ReformDisruption arising from change is minimisedChange management online resources are in place and can be applied to future change programmes.

    Change interventions integrate with the overall work of the People team to ensure coherence and collaboration
