Due to their ongoing success, our client is currently on the hunt for a qualified solicitor to join their hugely successful team in either their Derry Branch or their Strabane branch

Our client has an ambitious strategy and strong and modern management to give the right support required.

Role requirements

• Provision of legal advice and assistance to existing clients, whilst developing your client base
• Ability to manage cases at a level of complexity appropriate to your level and experience and give guidance to others in the team as appropriate
• Providing outstanding client care at all times and maintaining a highly professional approach
• Carrying out marketing, networking and other business development activities
• Advising clients on the technical content of the documents and the accompanying financial implications
• Researching information and communicating with clients by phone, email or in person.
• Protecting the best interests of clients at all times and taking precautions against illegal activity
• Sending your clients estimates of fees.

Qualifications;

• A qualified Solicitor
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure the best possible deals for their clients
• Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively translate complex concepts into everyday language for non-experts
• Good writing skills to draft professional and accurate legal documents and reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to arrive at the best legal solutions for cases
