- Provision of legal advice and assistance to existing clients, whilst developing your client base
- Ability to manage cases at a level of complexity appropriate to your level and experience and give guidance to others in the team as appropriate
- Providing outstanding client care at all times and maintaining a highly professional approach
- Carrying out marketing, networking and other business development activities
- Advising clients on the technical content of the documents and the accompanying financial implications
- Researching information and communicating with clients by phone, email or in person.
- Protecting the best interests of clients at all times and taking precautions against illegal activity
- Sending your clients estimates of fees.
- A qualified Solicitor
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure the best possible deals for their clients
- Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively translate complex concepts into everyday language for non-experts
- Good writing skills to draft professional and accurate legal documents and reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to arrive at the best legal solutions for cases
