Senior Unity 3D Developer - United Kingdom - Belmont Lavan

Description

We seek a highly skilled and creative unity metaverse engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and experience developing immersive virtual reality environments.

You are responsible for designing, building, and maintaining interactive 3D worlds within different metaverse platforms and bespoke solutions.

This will involve working with a team of concept- and product designers, 3D artists, and other developers and engineers to create engaging and interactive experiences for clients and their audiences and implementing 3D models as necessary.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have a strong understanding of game development principles and experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine. You should also be proficient in programming languages such as C# and Python (C++ is a plus). Any experience with 3D modelling software such as Maya, Blender, C4D, or 3DS Max is a plus. You will perform cross- functional engineering (building, integrating, verifying, evolving) activities required to get to the Working & Demoable Software.

In addition to technical skills, you are expected to be a team player with a love for experimenting and prototyping to inspire and demonstrate the art of possible.

You should be able to work collaboratively with other team members to identify and solve technical challenges and effectively communicate their ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Your team

You will work closely with a team of 3D artists, concept designers, product designers and a project manager to create engaging and interactive user experiences and deliver lighthouse projects for global clients.

You will be expected to collaborate with the team to identify and solve technical challenges and contribute your expertise to create immersive and interactive environments for web and mobile platforms.
