This is a varied role and does require a great multitasker with very strong time management skills to be in charge of operations, staff, sales, monthly targets, etc.

About youYou have at least 2 years experience at managerial levelYou can confidently multitask and work under pressureYou have exceptional attention to detail and will ensure the clubs are in perfect conditionYou have excellent communication skills and have a friendly yet professional manner with both members and staff, being the first point of contact and the face of our brandYou have strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams, including hiring and training of new staff members to our high standardsYou have good knowledge of Excel and experience with managing budgets and creating reportsYou have strong focus on sales targets and have a track record for achieving monthly targets and KPIsYou have a creative eye and experience in assisting with marketing campaigns and digital platformsYou have a positive approach to every task at hand and you strive to inspire your team and give them all the required support to keep our clubs thrivingJob Type:
